• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.
• You agree not to use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access at our discretion.

• All sales of sports cards and related products are final unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

• We ship only within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Refunds will only be issued for incorrect items within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at contactus@bigstonetrading.com for assistance. Please include the order number for quicker assistance. 
• Refunds for orders not received will only be issued after 14 days and claims must be made within 30 days of order date by contacting us at : contactus@bigstonetrading.com. Please include the order number for quicker assistance. 
• Any other refunds or accommodations remain at the sole discretion of Big Stone Trading Company. 

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all cards.
• All card conditions are listed based on industry standards; however, we do not guarantee professional grading results.
• We are not responsible for grading discrepancies if a card is later submitted for professional evaluation.
• Near Mint condition cards are not guaranteed to be free of factory related flaws. 
• Excellent condition cards may have minor flaws or minor wear. 

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: privacy policy.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
